X OPEN HOCKEY OURENSE 2011

Dear friends:

We are proud to invite you to the 10th Open Ourense 2010 tournament that is going to happen at Ourense, September 3rd , at Mariñamansa Hockey Field. This is an ‘open’ tournament, this means that everybody can participate. The competition will be played with “seven-a-side” teams, with six players and one goalkeeper into a mini-hockey pitch (half official pitch).

The main rule to participate is neither use the team’s official name or official uniform. We want you to participate as players, no clubs.

The competition is unique; this means men, women or mixed, whatever you want. Every team must have from at least 7 players up to 10. Everybody can play!

But the attractive of the tournament, remembering other historic hockey summer tournaments, is its condition of festival. We want to congregate the most participants in a great party on Saturday evening beside the pitch, following by a fantastic disco party downtown the city. There will be dinner-catering, beer, dancing, drinks, beverages, music, fireworks….and much, much more surprises!!
