| Formato liga Todos contra todos, unha volta masculino, mellor de tres partidos feminino. Partidos de 30 minutos de duración sen descanso. Se aplicarán as regras oficiais. Dous arbitros oficiais para cada partido.
Round robin system, men one leg, women 3 games play-off. Matchs 30 minutes long witouht rest time. Offical rules will apply. Two official umpires per match. |

| Regra da puntualidade: os partidos comenzan a hora marcada ineludiblemente. Se un equipo chega tarde pero menos de 10 minutos se xogará o tempo restante, se son máis de 10 minutos, o equipo que chega tarde comenzará ademais perdendo o partido por 1-0.
Punctuality rule: the games will start exactly at the scheduled time. If one team is not present at that time but arrives less than 10 minutes late, the game will be played for the rest of the sheduled time. If the team arrives later than 10 minutes, they will also start but losing the game by 1-0. |
